Giving Us Feedback

We value your feedback as we work to make your C8 Health experience the best it can be. To give us feedback, contact us here or fill out our feedback form using the steps below.

Using Your Computer:

1. Open our WebApp and log in
2. Hover over the C8 Health logo in the upper right corner of your screen
3. Click Contact Support in the drop-down menu that appears
4. (Recommended) Select one or more items in the What went wrong? box — this gives us more information about the problem
5. (Optional) Add additional information in the Tell us more about it field
6. Press Submit

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven't already
2. Open our app and log in
3. On our home page, press the side menu button — it’s in the top left corner
4. Press Contact Support
5. (Recommended) Select one or more items in the What went wrong? box — this gives us more information about the problem
6. (Optional) Add additional information in the Tell us more about it field
7. Add your feedback in the Enter your feedback here field
8. Press Submit
