Removing a downloaded item from mobile

You can remove downloaded knowledge items from your mobile device if you no longer need offline access to them.

  1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
  2. Log in to your C8 Health account
  3. Locate the knowledge item you want to remove from offline access
  4. Tap the three dots next to the item
  5. Select Remove from device
