Adding a New Contact

C8 Health Contacts manages important contact information for you, allowing users to instantly access important contact information at your institution. Contacts stores the email addresses, phone numbers and pager numbers of relevant offices, departments, people and other contacts. It’s designed to save you and your team time and effort.


To add a new contact, first make sure admin mode is enabled.


  1. Open My Organization
  2. Select Add New Contact
  3. (Optional) Enter the new contact’s Email address
  4. Enter the contact’s First Name

Good to Know: For an institutional contact, such as an office, room, or department, input its name into the First Name field – in this case, you can ignore Last Name.

  1. (Optional) Add their Last Name
  2. (Optional) Add the contact’s Phone number
  3. (Optional) Enter their Pager number
  4. (Optional) Select the contact’s Department
  5. Select Add Contact
