Editing a Contact
C8 Health Contacts manages important contact information for you, allowing users to instantly access important contact information at your institution. Contacts stores the email addresses, phone numbers and pager numbers of relevant offices, departments, people and other contacts. It’s designed to save you and your team time and effort.
To edit an existing contact, first make sure admin mode is enabled.
Good to Know: You can find a contact by searching for it or locating it in the list – contacts are automatically sorted alphabetically by first name.
- Open My Organization
- Open the contact you want to edit
- Select Edit
- Edit the contact’s properties: Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Pager, Work phone / cisco, and/or Department
- Select Save Changes
