You can upload many popular file types to C8 Health -- see the table below for supported file types.

If a file type isn't supported, we recommend converting it to one of those listed above or reaching out to us at support@c8health.com for assistance.
* Please note that while MOV videos are supported by C8 Health, they are not supported by all devices. Windows and Android users might need to install a third-party video player to view these items. Don't worry — you can still upload MOV files. You'll get a warning, however, due to these issues. Optionally, you can email us for support in converting these videos to the more compatible MP4 format — we're always happy to help! If you're so inclined, you can also convert MOV videos to MP4 videos yourself using free conversion software such as Adobe's online converter.
