Adding, editing and deleting preferences on your profile
Setting preference cards is a way to communicate your preferences to other users in your organization. Any users in your organization who click on your profile will be able to see your preferences.
Using your mobile or tablet device:
- Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
- Open the app and log in
- Tap the side menu button
- Select My Profile
- Tap the Prefs tab
- Select Add Preference card
- Add a Title for the preference card
Add Content for the preference card
Good to know: You can use markdown syntax to add bullet points, lists, headings, links, images, bolded and italic text and other formatting to the content of preference cards. Please see here for a guide to markdown.
- Tap the check button
To delete a preference card, tap the trash button next to it. To edit a preference card, tap the edit buton next to the preference card and edit it. Once done editing, tap the check button.
Using your computer:
- Hover over your profile in the upper-right corner (it will have your initials)
- Click My profile
- Select Add preference card
- Add a Title for the preference card
- Add Content for the preference card
- Select Save Changes

To delete a preference card, click the delete button next to the preference card and then select delete preference. To edit a preference card, click the edit button next to the preference card and edit it. Once done editing, click Save changes.
