Adding and removing resources from other users' profiles

You can add resources to other user's profiles using our WebApp, so whenever people in your organization view the profile, they can easily find resources that the user recommends.

You can add external links, knowledge items, directories, binders, compendium items, and checklists to a profile's recommended resources.

Using your computer

1. Open the profile of the user who you want to edit by clicking on their name through search or My Organization
2. Select Add a resource
3. In the Search in the knowledge base or paste an external link field, paste an external URL or search for the name of the item or binder/directory in C8 that you want to add. To add an external URL, make sure the URL starts with "https://"
4. (Optional) Edit the display name if you want its name to appear differently than the item's name in C8

5. Select Add resource
