Adding an External Link
You can link to external websites in your knowledge base to collect best practices from even more sources.
To add a link to external content, make sure admin mode is turned on.
- Open the binder where you want the link to be added. If you need to create a binder for it, see our guide here
- Click Add New Item
- Select Add external link
- Enter the website’s URL in the pop-up that appears
- Press Upload
- Add a title in the Knowledge Item field of the new pop-up
- (Optional) Change any other fields in the new pop-up (like owner(s), validation date, content type, specialty, subspecialty, target audience, keywords, expiration date and featured image)
- Choose whether to notify your team with the slider at the top
Click Save (the blue button, top right)
