Moving an Item Within Its Current Binder

These are the steps to move a knowledge item within its current binder. For directions on how to move it to a different binder, click here.

To start, make sure you’re in admin mode.

1. Open the binder where the item is located
2. Click and press down on the furthest right white button.
3. Drag the item up or down until it is in the right spot
