Finding Users: Search and Filter

In Users Management, you can sort and filter users by profile field values as well as search for users by name or email address

To search for users:

  1. Hover over the C8.health logo in the upper-right corner
  2. Click on Users Management in the drop-down menu that appears
  3. In the search bar in the upper-right corner, type in the name or email address of the user you want to find

To filter users by profile field values:

You can filter users by department, profession, role, level of training, rotation, division, specialty, and/or location.

  1. Open user management
  2. Click on the filter icon next to a relevant column name, like role or department. You may need to scroll to the side to see it
  3. Select the options you want to include in the filter in the pop-up you want to appear. You can select mutliple options, such as both residents and chief residents. You can use the search bar to search within the filter options. Click reset to remove all filters if needed.
  4. Click OK when done
  5. If you want to filter by an additional column, repeat steps 2-4 for that column

To sort a specific column in ascending or descending order

Columns you can sort will have a double arrow icon in the column name. Click on it once to sort it in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order. Click on it again to remove sorting.
