Filling out Your Profile

Your profile is the gateway to a more personalized C8 Health experience and tailored notifications. In your profile, you can set your role, department, division, name, and more! The steps below will walk you through filling out your profile for the first time. If you’ve already completed your profile and want to edit any information, follow the directions here.

1. Log in to C8 Health on the WebApp or mobile app
2. Enter your First Name and Last Name
3. (Optional) Enter your phone, pager and/or cisco numbers. This enables other users in your organization to easily find your contact information.
4. Select your Department using the drop-down
5. Select your Profession using the drop-down
6. (If available) Select My Role and Level of Training
   1. My Role specifies your position to tailor your C8 Health experience further. It’s available to some professions.
   2. Level of Training is a similar feature for residents and medical students that lets them specify, as you might have guessed, their current level of training.
7. Select your Division, Location (if available), and Specialty
8. Accept the platform terms and conditions
9. Press Save Settings
