You can change the order of sections within your knowledge base or move a section to a different location, such as a new directory or back to the main knowledge base (if the section is within a directory). Please make sure admin mode is turned on to make changes.
Changing the order of sections
To change the order of sections, make sure admin mode is turned on.
- Go to the section
- Click the three dots next to it
- To move the section up, click Move up. To move the section down, select Move down

Repeat with other sections as needed
Moving a section to a new location
- Go to the section that you want to move
- Click on the three dots next to it
- Click on Move
- Select the new location for the section using our move interface. To switch workspaces, use the workspace selector at the top. Click on a directory to open it. If you open a directory, you can return to the main knowledge base using the home icon (or, if you are in a directory within a directory, you can use the directory names next to the home icon to move back a level). Click Move next to the directory you want to move the section to. If you want to move the section to the top-level knowledge base, click Move to Top Level Directory
