Site Management
If your institution has multiple campuses or hospitals, site management on C8 Health is a great way to ensure your team sees which content is most relevant to them and their site.
Content in your knowledge base and users can both be tagged with specific location(s).
You can add users with specific location(s) set or edit users to add/update/remove their locations. Users can also set and update their own location(s).
You can send notifications to users at a specific location or locations.
You can tag existing or new knowledge items, binders, directories and sections with locations using edit mode. This enables your team to see which knowledge and policies apply to them. See the screenshot below.
Setting the site tags for a binder, directory or section will update all of the items inside it.
