      Texting Contacts

      You can text contacts directly from our mobile app.

      1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already and log in to your C8 Health account
      2. Locate the contact you want to text. You can find contacts by searching or locating them in your Contacts
      3. If you located it in Contacts, select the contact to open it. If you opened it in search, skip this step
      4. Tap the message icon
      5. Write and send your message
