Adding, editing and deleting a banner

You can add customized banners to users' dashboards using workspace settings. Banners are workspace-specific, so you can set a different banner in each workspace. Please see the design guidelines here before adding a banner to C8 to ensure your banner looks good on the platform.

 Adding a banner

  1. Hover over the settings icon in the upper-right corner of your screen
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Workspaces
  4. Click on the name of the workspace you want to edit
  5. Click Edit Dashboard Banner
  6. (Optional) Paste the URL you want the banner to redirect to in the Image Link field.
  7. Upload the web banner using the Web Image file selector
  8. Upload the mobile banner using the Mobile Image file selector
  9. Click Apply Changes

 Editing a banner

  1. Hover over the settings icon in the upper-right corner of your screen
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Workspaces
  4. Click on the name of the workspace you want to edit
  5. Click Edit Dashboard Banner
  6. Edit the URL, web banner and/or mobile banner as desired
  7. Click Apply Changes

 Deleting a banner

  1. Hover over the settings icon in the upper-right corner of your screen
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Workspaces
  4. Click on the name of the workspace you want to edit
  5. Click Edit Dashboard Banner
  6. Delete the URL (if present) in the Image Link field
  7. Click the trash button next to the Web Image field
  8. Click the trash button next to the Mobile Image field
  9. Click Apply Changes
