Accessing Additional Info (Checklists)

Some items within a checklist may have additional information, such as more context, available to reference. If a checklist item has additional information available, it will have an i icon visible next to it on your computer (see the picture below for an example). You can find additional information on a checklist item on our WebApp or mobile app.

Using Your Computer:

1. Open our WebApp and log in
2. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
3. Click on the i icon next to a checklist item to access its additional information
4. Read the additional information in the pop-up
5. Click OK when done

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Open the app and log in
3. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
4. Swipe a checklist item to the right to see if it has additional information. If it does, an i will appear.
5. Tap on the i icon if available
6. Read the additional information in the pop-up
7. Select OK when done
