Accessing the Reference for a Checklist Item

Items in a checklist may have a reference attached that you can access. References can include knowledge items, pamphlets, links, videos, pdfs, and more. If a checklist item has a reference available, it will have a triangle icon next to it (see the image below for an example). You can access a reference using our WebApp or mobile app.

Using Your Computer:

1. Open our WebApp and log in
2. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
3. Click on the triangle icon next to a checklist item to access its reference
4. The reference will pop up in a new tab. Examine the reference as needed
5. Return to the checklist

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Open the app and log in
3. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
4. Select the triangle icon next to a checklist item to access its reference
5. Examine the reference as needed in the pop-up
6. Tap Close in the upper left corner to return to the checklist
