Using Checklists to Generate Reports

You can utilize your institution’s interactive checklists to generate reports at the point of care to verify that your institution’s best practices and protocols have been met.

Using Your Computer:

  1. Open our WebApp and log in
  2. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
  3. Select each checkbox once you complete each step

Good to Know: You can generate a single report for multiple checklists – close the current checklist you have open once you have completed it. Open a different checklist and select the checkboxes for the steps that you’ve completed. Do NOT press the reset button or all the checklists will be reset. Repeat as needed.

  1. (Optional) Add comment(s) to checklist items
  2. (Optional) If needed, remove a completed step by tapping a currently-checked checkbox
  3. When done, press the dark blue Create Report button in the bottom left corner of your screen
  4. (Optional) Enter the Signer’s full name
  5. (Optional) Enter the Signer’s e-mail address if different from the account’s email
  6. (Optional) Select Send copy to e-mail to receive an email from us with the generated report
  7. (Optional) If Send copy to e-mail has been selected, decide whether to add Additional recipients in the new field that appears. Type any additional email addresses into the field, separated by commas or by pressing the enter key
  8. Select Create Report
  9. A pop-up with the report may appear. If it does not, select Click here if nothing happens or disable pop-up blocking in your browser
  10. Download the report if needed
  11. Return to Checklists

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

  1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
  2. Log in to your C8 Health account on our mobile app
  3. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
  4. Tap each checkbox once you complete each step
  5. (Optional) If needed, remove a completed step by tapping a currently-checked checkbox
