Viewing Checklists

Checklists are a great resource and tool for you and your team to quickly access, verify and validate that standards of care have been met. Learn more about checklists and using them to generate reports here.

Using Your Computer:

1. Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
2. Locate the checklist you want to open by navigating your Checklists or searching for it
3. Select the checklist to open it
4. When done, click the x icon in the upper right corner to close it

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Open the app and log in
3. Locate the checklist you want to open by navigating your Checklists or searching for it
4. Select the checklist to open it
5. Tap the back icon when done to close it
