Sharing Checklists

You can easily share content in C8 Health with anyone in your institution. The directions below are for sharing checklists – you can also share knowledge items, contacts, and binders.

Using Your Computer:

1. Open our WebApp and log in
2. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
3. Open the checklist
4. Click the share icon next to its name
5. Select Copy link
6. Share the link to others in your institution using your preferred communication method

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Open the app and log in
3. Locate the checklist you want to access by searching or navigating Checklists
4. Open the checklist
5. Tap the share icon next to the checklist's name
6. Follow the prompts on your device to select how to send the checklist and who will receive it
