Calling Contacts

You can call contacts from C8.

Using our mobile app:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already and log in to your C8 Health account
2. Locate the contact you want to call. You can find contacts by searching or locating them in your Contacts
3. If you found the contact in Contacts, tap to open it. If you opened it in search, skip to the next step
4. Tap the phone icon
5. Select Call the number

Using your computer:

1. Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
2. Locate the contact you want to call. You can find contacts by searching for them or locating them in your Contacts
3. Open the contact
4. Click the phone icon next to the contact's phone number
5. Follow steps to call the number
