Reporting a Problem

If you run into any issues on C8 Health, we want to know about it! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible.

You can use the Report a problem button to flag issues with knowledge items right when looking at the content. You'll find the button on both our WebApp and mobile app. You can also give us feedback by filling out our feedback form or reaching out to us.

Using Your Computer:

  1. Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
  2. Open the knowledge item
  3. Click Report a problem in the upper-right corner
  4. Select one or more problems you saw by clicking on them
  5. (Optional) Tell us more about it by typing in additional information
  6. Press Send

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

  1. Download our mobile app if you haven't already
  2. Open our app and log in
  3. Open the knowledge item
  4. In the menu at the bottom of your screen, scroll to the right until you see the Report a problem button. Tap that button
  5. Select one of more problems that you saw
  6. (Optional) Tell us more about it by typing in additional information
  7. Press Send
