Known issues with .MOV videos

While MOV videos are supported by C8 Health, they are not supported by all devices. Windows and Android users might need to install a third-party video player to view these items. We recommend converting these videos to the more compatible MP4 format.

You can convert MOV videos to MP4 videos yourself using free conversion software such as Adobe's online converter or CloudConvert. If needed, you can also email us for support in converting these videos — we're always happy to help!

To convert .mov to .mp4 using CloudConvert:

1. Open https://cloudconvert.com/mov-to-mp4
2. Click Select file
3. Select the file you want to convert
4. Click Convert
5. Wait for the file to convert
6. Select Download

To convert .mov to .mp4 using Abode's online converter*:

1. Open https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/convert-to-mp4
2. Click Tap to upload video
3. Select the file you want to convert
4. Click Convert
5. Wait for the file to convert
6. Select Download
7. Sign up or sign in to Adobe

* Files converted using Adobe's online converter must be under 1 GB. For video files above this size, we recommend using other software.
