Editing a Section

Sections divide the knowledge base into specific topics. Sections hold Binders and Directories. Sections are often hospital names (such as “Hospital System - New York Site”), departments (“Department of Acute Medicine”), hospital services (“Perioperative Services”) and more — the sky's the limit!

To edit a section, Make Sure Admin Mode Is Enabled.


  1. Go to the section
  2. Click the three dots by its name
  3. Press Edit
  4. Edit the section's properties as needed, such as OwnerContent TypeSpecialtySubspecialtyTarget Audience, and/or Sites.

Sections can now have multiple owners. Use the Owners drop-down menu to select each owner.

  1. Press the blue Update button
