Setting the core staff and important contacts for a rotation

Rotation director(s) can set core staff and important contacts for their rotation(s) to allow residents to easily see important contact information. Account Admins can assign staff and important contacts to all rotations.


To edit the core staff or important contacts of a rotation, follow the steps below using our WebApp.

  1. Open Rotations from the side menu
  2. Select your rotation from the All rotations list.
  3. Open the Team tab
  4. To add Core staff, select Core staff. To add important contacts, select Important contacts
  5. Click on the text field that appears
  6. Type in the name of the staff member(s) and then select them from the drop-down list
  7. Click Add
