Notifying others when adding or updating content

When you add or update items in C8, you can choose to notify users in your organization. They will receive a push notification from our mobile app. First, turn on admin mode.

  1. Follow the steps to add/edit content. Before selecting Save changes, turn the Notify team slider on
  2. Select when to notify your team using the Notify when drop-down menu. You can choose whether to send the notification immediately (the default) or when their workday starts
  3. Select who to send the notification. You can select specific groups to send the notification to, such as the department, residents, and even users
  4. If your organization has workspaces enabled, you can click Send to additional workspaces to send notifications to people in other workspaces. Then select the workspaces to notify
  5. Press Save Changes
