Notifying others when adding or updating content
When you add or update items in C8, you can choose to notify users in your organization. They will receive a push notification from our mobile app. First, turn on admin mode.
- Follow the steps to add/edit content. Before selecting Save changes, turn the Notify team slider on
- Select when to notify your team using the Notify when drop-down menu. You can choose whether to send the notification immediately (the default) or when their workday starts
- Select who to send the notification. You can select specific groups to send the notification to, such as the department, residents, and even users
- If your organization has workspaces enabled, you can click Send to additional workspaces to send notifications to people in other workspaces. Then select the workspaces to notify
- Press Save Changes
