Deleting a Knowledge Item

You can delete knowledge items that are out of date or you no longer need. You can delete an item if you own it or are an account admin. To delete a knowledge item, make sure admin mode is enabled.

  1. Open the binder where the item is located
  2. Click the trash icon
  3. Confirm you want to delete it

Don’t worry, deleted items can be recovered at any time! If you have deleted an item by mistake and would like to recover it, contact support@c8health.com.
