Moving Checklist Items

You can change the order of checklist items within a checklist or move a checklist item to a different checklist. Please make sure admin mode is turned on to make changes.

Changing the order of items within a checklist

  1. Open the checklist where the item is located
  2. Click and press down on the six dots button.
  3. Drag the item up or down until it is in the right spot

Moving an item to a different checklist

  1. Open the checklist that has the item you want to move
  2. Find the item you want and click the move button (the middle white circle)
  3. Select the new location for the item using our move interface. To switch workspaces, use the workspace selector at the top. Click on a directory to open it. If you open a directory, you can return to the main knowledge base using the home icon (or, if you are in a directory within a directory, you can use the directory names next to the home icon to move back a level). Click on the checklist you want to move the item to
  4. Click Move in the bottom-right corner of the popup
