Moving Checklist Items
You can change the order of checklist items within a checklist or move a checklist item to a different checklist. Please make sure admin mode is turned on to make changes.
Changing the order of items within a checklist
- Open the checklist where the item is located
- Click and press down on the six dots button.
- Drag the item up or down until it is in the right spot
Moving an item to a different checklist
- Open the checklist that has the item you want to move
- Find the item you want and click the move button (the middle white circle)
- Select the new location for the item using our move interface. To switch workspaces, use the workspace selector at the top. Click on a directory to open it. If you open a directory, you can return to the main knowledge base using the home icon (or, if you are in a directory within a directory, you can use the directory names next to the home icon to move back a level). Click on the checklist you want to move the item to
- Click Move in the bottom-right corner of the popup
