Accessing Additional Info for Items
You can see who validated knowledge items, as well as their expiration dates and validation dates on our WebApp or mobile app.
All content on C8 Health is locally vetted. You can see who at your institution vetted it by seeing who the item was validated by in an item's additional information.
Likewise, a knowledge item’s validation date is the date when that item was last vetted. It tells you how recent the item is.
Similarly, an item’s expiration date is when its owner will get a notification to keep it, update it, or delete it. Expiration dates help make sure knowledge stored in C8 Health stays up to date.
Using Your Computer:
- Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
- Locate the knowledge item that you want to access additional information about — you can find knowledge items by searching or navigating your knowledge base
- Click on the i icon next to it
- In the pop-up that appears, you can find who the item was validated by as well as its expiration date and validation date
- Click OK when you’re done
Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:
- Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
- Open our app and log in to your C8 Health account
- Locate the knowledge item that you want to access additional information regarding — you can find knowledge items by searching or navigating your knowledge base
- Tap the three dots next to the item
- Select Item info
- Press OK when you're done
