Using Tables of Contents

Our Smart Formats document format is easy-to-navigate, mobile-friendly and comes with an integrated table of contents so you can quickly jump to any area of a knowledge item.

You can access a Smart Formats document’s table of contents on your mobile device or through our WebApp.

Using Our Mobile App:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Log in to your account on our app
3. Locate the knowledge item you want to access by navigating your knowledge base or searching for it
4. Open the knowledge item
5. Tap the list icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen (see the image below)
6. The Table of Contents will appear. Tap any text in the Table of Contents to jump to that portion of the document
7. Press the x button in the upper right corner to close the table of contents (tapping on text in the table of contents will automatically close it as well)

Using Our WebApp:

1. Open our WebApp and log in to your C8 Health account
2. Locate the Smart Formats document you want to access by navigating your knowledge base or searching for it
3. Open the knowledge item
4. Find the Table of Contents – it’s the column to the left of the document
5. Find the part of the document in the Table of Contents you want to jump to – you may need to scroll to find it

3. Click on text in the Table of Contents to jump to that portion of the document
