Zooming in to view images on mobile

You can zoom in on images in Smart Formats documents in C8 Health to quickly view the images on your phone. 

To zoom in on an image:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already
2. Log In to your account on our app
3. Locate the knowledge item you want to access by Navigating your knowledge base or Searching for it
4. Open the knowledge item
5. Click the arrow button in the corner of the image
6. To zoom in or out, double tap the image. You can also pinch in/out to zoom
7. Tap the side arrow on either side to switch between images
8. Select the back button in the upper-left corner to return to the document
