Deleting a message
You can delete messages that were previously sent via the communication center, removing the notifications from users' homepages. To get started, make sure admin mode is turned on.
Collaborators can only delete messages they sent, while account admins can delete any messages.
- Click on the Communication Center in the left-hand column of your screen
- Click Sent messages
- Find the notification you want to delete
- Click the Trash button next to the notification you want to delete
- Select Delete
