Set a deactivation date for a user or group of users, ensuring their access ends automatically when it’s no longer needed. Ideal for learners, locum staff, and temporary team members.
You can set deactivation dates by adding or editing users (you can add and edit multiple users at once -- click on the links for more information).
Editing user(s) to limit their access
- Hover over the settings icon in the upper-right corner
- Click on Users Management in the drop-down menu that appears
- Find the user whose information you want to change by searching, filtering the users or by finding their name on the list. Click on the user
- By default, users are organized by date added to C8 Health, though you can sort by clicking on the column headers (including first name, last name, and more)
- To select multiple users, click the checkboxes next to each of their names and then select Edit Users in the upper-right corner
- Check the Limit access duration box (you may need to scroll)
- To edit when the user(s)' access will be revoked, click on the User access will be revoked by field. Select a new date
- Click Save changes
Adding new user(s) with time-limited access
- On our WebApp, hover over the settings icon in the upper-right corner
