Favoriting knowledge base items

You can favorite items in your knowledge base for even quicker access! To access favorited items, see the steps here.

Using Your Computer:

1. Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
2. Locate the knowledge item you want to favorite — you can find knowledge items by searching or navigating your knowledge base
3. Click the bookmark icon next to the item

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already and log in to your C8 Health account
2. Locate the knowledge item you want to favorite by searching or navigating your knowledge base
3. Select the knowledge item
4. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner
5. Select Add to favorites
