Unfavoriting Contacts

If you no longer want to favorite a contact, you can remove it from your Favorites.

Using Your Computer:

1. Log in to C8 Health using our WebApp
2. Locate the contact you want to unfavorite — it’ll be in your favorites section (click Favorites on the left-hand menu to access). You can also find contacts by searching or navigating your Contacts
3. Click the bookmark icon next to the item

Using Your Mobile or Tablet Device:

1. Download our mobile app if you haven’t already and log in to your C8 Health account
2. Locate the contact you want to unfavorite — it’ll be in your favorites section (click Favorites on the left-hand menu to access). You can also find contacts by searching or locating them in your Contacts
3. Tap the contact to open it. Select the bookmark icon.
