Restricting a workspace
Account admins can restrict access to a workspace so only specific users can access the content in the workspace using our WebApp. Read more about restricted workspaces here and managing user access to restricted workspaces here.
Good to know
- At least one workspace needs to be public. The toggle button will be disabled on the last public workspace
- The public workspace doesn’t need to be the “initial” workspace; it can be changed
- When a workspace is restricted, all existing content owners will be given access automatically
Restricting access to a workspace
- Hover over the gear icon in the upper-right corner
- Click Settings
- Click Workspaces
- Click on the name of the workspace you want to edit
- Click Restrictions
- Toggle restrictions on
- Click Approve
